If an item is catastrophically damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it. Please note that CD cases are sometimes damaged when shipped but are not considered catastrophic. "Catastrophic damage" refers to a CD (or shirt) arriving in such a condition that it will be impossible to play (or wear). Should this happen, please ship the item(s) back to the return address and we will ship a replacement to you.
